How come the parcel layer is not showing the current owner?
The GIS reflects the parcels data that is currently available on the Assessor's server at the time of the last update. There is usually a bit of a delay before new ownership information has been entered into the Assessor server.

How current is the GIS information?
Generally most GIS layers are updated within a week or less of us being notified of boundary change. The exception to this is the parcel information which is currently updated on a monthly basis.

How come the linework does not line up with the color aerial?
The aerial is relatively new and has greater ground control than our original linework does. We are currently adjusting ALL of our GIS layers to match the more accurate aerial. This process involves considerable effort and will take quite some time before it is completed.
